Typically, new Franchisees will come from within the industry due to stringent Police Licensing requirements. They will either be employees of security companies looking to become independent or they will be existing operators looking to get an edge on their competition by re-branding as Jim’s Security.
All of these things will combine with stringent Franchisee selection processes to ensure yet another quality service offering under the Jim’s Group umbrella. Jim’s Security is also a member of the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL), the peak industry body and all Franchisees will also be required to qualify as members, ensuring the highest levels of qualification, licensing and Insurances.
